The research discussed about the influence of Work-Postures, Ponderal Index and gender on Hand Dexterity. Twenty-one subjects were participated in the experiment. The analysis of data was processed with SAS/PC. The result showed that: (1)Four kind of Work-Postures (Sitting, Squatting, Half-Squatting, and Standing) had significant differences on Hand Dexterity. (2)There had no significant differences on the p Ponderal Index and gender on Hand Dexterity.
