Abstract: | 本研究目的為探討學名藥試驗族群的心態及其金錢態度,是否反應出現今年輕人願意承擔身體可能的風險,來換取金錢的報酬。研究對象為參加某臨床試驗委託機構進行學名藥人體臨床試驗之自願受試者,經招募試驗條件公告後,符合年滿20至45歲之健康成年自願者。採用問卷調查法進行受試者個人資料、家庭背景、動機與態度等資料統計,分析結果發現共同特徵:未婚較無後顧之憂,正職工作的收入不高,生活開銷是超過20,000元以上,雙親學歷較低,受試者金錢來源依靠自己賺取,參與臨床試驗次數以4次以上佔最多,參與動機是為增加收入,其召募訊息主要來源以公司網站和臉書最多。受試者大部份是抱持正向行為,會介紹親友來參加,且都認同是會告知家人的。金錢態度差異分析結果發現:(一)自身學歷在大學大專相較比較認為金錢就是成功,有一點點炫耀想法,然而,研究所以上的受試者卻轉為低調,不認同的態度可能是比較重視保護自己隱私。(二)會購買學名藥者、同意受試是正向行為者、會告訴家人是知情者,比較認同對於未來會比較想保留金錢或作財務計劃以備不時之需。(三)不會購買學名藥者、隱瞞不會告訴家人者、不會聯絡試驗醫師者,對金錢會顯得躊躇、懷疑、猶豫不決的態度,對於價格傾向在乎,多疑,拿不定主意。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the mentality and financial attitude of individuals who attended generic drug clinical trials, and whether it reflects the risk that young people are willing to bear short-term discomfort in exchange for money.The study subjects were volunteers who participated in the clinical trial of a generic drug in a clinical trial entrusting institution. After the announcement of the recruitment conditions, 20 to 45 years old healthy volunteers who fit in the conditions were asked to fill in the questionnaire survey. The questionnaire includes personal information, family background, motivation, and financial attitude. The statistical results found several common characteristics in the study group: the number of individuals who is unmarried, low-income, living expenses over 20,000 NTD, low-education parents, less financial support, and participated 4-times higher than others. The major motivation for participation was to increase income. The main sources of recruitment information were the company website and Facebook. Most of the participants' reaction to clinical trials are positive and they are willing to inform their family and encourage friends to join those clinical trialsThe analysis of financial attitudes indicated that: (1) Education played a role in financial attitude. Individuals who had a bachelor degree think that money stands for success. Individuals who had a graduate degree showed less concern about money. However, it is possible that higher educated people just didn't reveal their privacy. (2) people who are positive to generic drugs, clinical trial, family informing, are tend to save money for the future or make financial plans in case of emergency on their financial attitude. (3) people who are older, and negative to generic drugs, telling family, the trial doctors are embarrassed, hesitant, and skeptical on their financial attitude. |
