Stock bonuses is a method for high-tech industry in Taiwan to encourage their employees for longer stay, however, only few would stay that these work. When stock market price is low, employees might become job-hopping for higher bonuses. However, we believe that not only specific money can keep talented employees but also something else they are expecting for. In Taiwan, the output value of technology-intensive industries have accounted for the majority of proportions, however, fewer research topic are focused on the R&D employees. Therefore, we have the idea to examine what will influence R&D employees’ performance. In the role of high-tech firms, how to enhance R&D ability and keep the R&D members is the major question This study is trying to understand what else relationship among organizational innovation climate, oriented organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), psychological empowerment, and performance in R&D employees in Taiwan hi-tech industry.
