    Abstract: 近三十年以來,企業e化的重要性已經愈來愈受到重視,但是企業該如何進行資訊化的建置,應該配合公司的策略願景,從公司營運策略開始檢視起,才能建構出幫助公司提昇競爭優勢的資訊系統。可知企業導入資訊系統,不管是從MRP(1960年)、MRPII(1970年)、JIT/TQC(1980年)、ERP(1990年)、ERPII(2000年)等時期,歸納由資訊系統建置後所產生的許多效益,符合管理機制,如由客戶訂單轉採購單,採購轉應付帳款,銷售轉應收帳款,符合企業八大循環、內稽內控之需求,皆是由管理控制的觀點來看。本研究試圖由策略觀點論述企業應用資訊系統發展之探討,以探索式的研究,從文獻回顧及個案探討為主軸,再以歷史演進切入角度探討針對策略理論重點發展的歷程與企業資訊系統發展演變等兩個構面來探討,希以客觀的觀點找出兩者之間的關連性,再以策略觀點論述不同時期企業應用資訊系統發展的重點。藉以此策略觀點來的點,經由組合資訊系統發展歷程的線,找出未來企業策略發展應用延伸的面。以既有策略理論演進的觀點,描述與解釋資訊系統如何影響不同時期企業策略的內涵,以及兩者的相關性。對於企業策略發展的資訊應用未來,具有承先啟後,鑑往知來的另一層思考意義。研究發現找出兩者的網絡關係,主要以1960~1980年代以及1980~1990年代時期兩者的互動模式為策略理論影響資訊系統的發展,而在到了1990~2000年代與2000年以後時期兩者的互動模式除了策略理論影響資訊系統的發展外,同時亦發生了資訊結構的改變影響策略理論發展。因此推論策略理論應用與資訊系統發展實為一種推與拉的互動關係。而策略理論與資訊系統發展兩者符合經濟學特性,由供給與需求衍生而來,需求的強弱會影響兩者的建構與應用,進而發展成不同的路徑過程。因此資訊系統必得整合至企業的整體策略之中,才有可能為企業達成持續性的競爭優勢。企業策略思維的轉變,已由資訊系統建置完成後的網絡架構,形成新的溝通平台,藉以協同運作。可知資訊系統與策略理論的關係相當密切;同期的策略理論發展因應時局的需求而來,而資訊系統的應用亦絕非只是當時企業策略的輔助工具,也就是說,企業並非在決定策略後才思考如何運用資訊系統實現策略,而是在思考策略的同時就必須一併考慮資訊系統的角色、特性、與作用。因此資訊系統事實上是融入了企業的整個策略應用之中。
    Throughout the past three decades, enterprise e-solution has become a critical issue of competency enhancement. Many firms start to build up strategic IT solutions based upon its corporate strategy. From the aspect of managerial control, IT solutions can be summarised as MRP(1960)、MRPII(1970)、JIT/TQC(1980)、ERP(1990) and ERPII(2000), which accelerating the ex-change efficiency of Purchase-order/ Order, Purchase/ Payment, Sales/ Receive and internal audit.The author discussed the development roadmap of IT solution application from strategic perspectives. With the qualitative analysis and case studies, the topic is scoped between the development of strategy management theory and the development of IT solutions. In the various development stages, the historic deduction connects the future of corporate strategy planning. The influence of IT systems adoption is also revealed and correlated to strategy determination.The IT solution development is significantly affected by the relationship of the decade (1960-1980) and the other (1980-1990). The following 10-year (1990-2000) and after 2000 year, IT solution application is also continuing to affect the current corporate strategy development and theory, as pull and push interaction. From the economics point of view, the IT solution is supplied by the demand of corporate strategy. Demand requests the IT solution development and process. Therefore, IT solution should be taken into the consideration of corporate strategy planning and development to improve the value chain.The tight relationship between IT solution and corporate strategy is apparently approved by the demand and supply. The application of IT solution is not only the temporary tool for an occasional decision, but also finding the solution to conduct corporate strategy. However, the consideration of IT solution adoption and application becomes a significant role while planning and executing corporate strategy.
